Shri Shivdan Singh Smriti Post Graduate College at Iglas was established in 1996 under the aegis of The Jawahar Vidyalaya Higher Education Society to provide quality education to amateurs.

Pursuit of knowledge is a paramount feature of this college. India being an agriculture dominated country, imparting higher education in Agricultural Sciences was the pressing need of the time. Our college imparts advanced education in Sciences at Bachelor’s level and educational training of Bachelor’s and Master’s level.

The college offers congenial academic environment and every possible effort is made to develop an aptitude for value based learning leading to a successful life.

Besides academic achievements we also aim at developing moral and social values, cultural identity and good citizenship. This institute offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities, cultural and recreational opportunities which are vital for an all round growth of an individual. Special attention is given to games ad sports which are necessary for the physical health of the students.
